I hold a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology as well as international coaching accreditations with ICF (PCC) and EMCC (Senior Practitioner).As a professional with over two decades of international experience and Australian-Swiss dual nationality, I have lived and worked in Australia, China and Switzerland. My background includes senior leadership and general management positions. Successes include developing and implementing global HR strategies and business transformations, intercultural management consulting, leading and implementing global talent & leadership programs (e.g. as director for global leadership at Swarovski), DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), change management, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and building an industry track record in consulting, financial services, IT, education, manufacturing, government, pharma, consumer retail and luxury goods.
